Palin: Zero Experience

The Republicans are touting Sarah Palin as having great experience, but when Carl Tucker from the McCain campaign was questioned about her “experience” with running Alaska’s National Guard he could not answer her question, he kept trying to put it back on Obama. Why? Because he wanted to make it look as though she has experience with military management when she has none. Zero. John McCain recently canceled an interview appearance with Larry King when he learned that Larry King was going to ask the same question of him. John McCain canceled because he did not want to be exposed for his vetting process with her, which was zero and because Palin has zero military experience. That’s right zero. They claim she has executive experience after being mayor of Wallisa, a town of 5,500 people that has stop signs with bullet holes in them. That hardly qualifies her as having executive experience. Picking up bullet casings is zero executive experience. The Republicans tout that she beat a two time Alaska governor, yet do not mention that she ran for office when people were saying “anyone but Frank Murkowski”. She did not get elected because people thought she would be a good governor. The Republicans have zero credibility on that. The Republicans claim that Palin is good for women, yet they only handpicked her for the vice presidency because she is a woman. That is insulting to women. Her place on the Republican ticket has zero credibility. With the Republicans putting Palin on the Republican ticket on screams one thing about them when comes to experience; they are hypocrites, which is a big fat zero in anyone’s book.

  1. Alaska Population is about the same size as Austin Texas, 670,000 population according to recent census. Palin has been governor less than 2 years. She is way way way way less experienced than anyone ever so close to being VP. More important, her judgement, being against real sex education, yet against abortion in all cases of rape and incest, is perhaps scarier than her lack of experience. And this all being said, shows that McCain is about Change, MOVING FURTHER TO THE RIGHT OF BUSH AND CHENEY, AND PUTTING SOMEONE IN OFFICE EVEN LESS EXPERIENCED THAN BUSH WAS AS A TEXAS GOVERNOR RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT.

  2. THe first day in tht Mayor’s Office Sarah Palin had more experince in admistrative goverment than Obama has in all his years. All I have heard the last 7 years is that Bush/Chaney had not one day of military service. Now we have a 22 year veteran with 2 sons in the military and a lady who has a son headed toward Iraq. As a veteran of 3 wars, WW2, Korea and Vietnam, I had to trust in that right wing God to get me through it. Same on me……….or who???

  3. And Obama has experience doing what? He is indecisive. He can’t seem to take a stand, according to his record when serving as a representative in his state capital. He has experience serving the Chicago political machine and himself. This is not a man the U.S. needs or wants to represent us to the world. This would not be an issue if he were running for VP since he would be in training. But he is running for President and it is foolish to believe that Biden will have much sway over what the Chicago political machine determines is in their best interest.

  4. Royo,

The thing about Palin is that since McCain has suffered four bouts of cancer, his health is not well, and he is nearing the end of his life expectancy, he may as well be running Palin for Office.
